230v Smart Home Controller Module, Kinetic Switch Compatible
This Kinetic Receiver is used to allow you to control your lighting wirelessly with our Kinetic Switches (SY8990, SY8991, SY8992), Smart App or voice control with Smart home assistants like Alexa and Google Home.
The receiver requires an input of 240V and can be used with a 240V or 12Vdc dimmable or non-dimmable load (with a suitable 12Vdc dimmable or non-dimmable driver).
This receiver works with most dimmable lamps, but will not work on all light fittings where the driver is incorporated.

When you bought an incandescent bulb you knew that a higher wattage meant a brighter light. However, wattage really measures power consumption, not brightness. Lumens measure brightness. You can use the chart below to match the wattage of an incandescent to its LED counterpart. LEDs use less power and save money.
Warm lighting is similar to conventional lighting and has a softer feel. This lighting is perfect for living rooms and bedrooms.
Daylight - The colour of the lighting is used to represent ‘daylight colour’ indoors. It has neither the softness of warm white or the starkness of cool white.
Cool white - Is a brighter whiter light and is more suited for the bathroom or kitchen.
Part of our Smart Home Range - This mains powered receiver can be connected to any light fitting or group of fittings, such as several downlights to convert them all to "Smart Home".
When you install this module, you gain control from our Free APP and voice control from Alexa and Google Home. In addition to this, you can also control the lighting through the power of Kinetic Energy by using our range of wireless switches, seen here.
Setup is quick and easy but please note that APP and Voice control is only available by using a 2.4GhZ WiFi connection, which most home routers will support.
