The COB LED strip light in this kit comes in three colour temperatures: cool white, natural white and warm white light. Which LED colour should you pick?

Cool white and natural white are both perfect for task lighting. The only distinction between these LED colours is that cool white light has a bluish tint, while natural white has no traces of yellow or blue.
