Frequently Asked Questions
We offer three options at checkout - Standard (3-5 days), Express (2-3 days), and Guaranteed Next Day. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75, otherwise it's £3.75. Express is £4.99 and Next Day is £5.99.
Place your order before 3pm Monday to Thursday and choose Guaranteed Next Day at checkout. We don't ship on weekends or bank holidays, so Friday orders won't arrive until Monday at the earliest. Worth bearing in mind if you're on a deadline!
Right now we deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only. If you're in a remote postcode (Scottish Highlands, islands etc.) there may be additional charges on larger items - check our delivery page for the full breakdown.
We use Royal Mail, FedEx, Evri, and DHL. Evri handles smaller, lighter orders. Royal Mail covers most standard parcels. FedEx takes care of larger, higher-value, or longer items (anything over 610mm). FedEx only counts Monday to Friday as working days, so anything despatched on a Friday won't arrive until Monday.
It's rare, but it does happen. Just get in touch within 30 days with a photo of the damage and we'll sort a replacement straight away. If we need it back, we'll arrange the return at our cost.
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. It needs to be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. We can't accept returns on cut-to-size LED strip or any bespoke items.
Email us at [email protected] or call 0333 443 2465 with your order number. We'll send you a returns authorisation form to include with your parcel. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
You'll need to cover the cost of sending items back to us unless the product is faulty or damaged. If we've made a mistake or something arrived broken, we'll sort the return at our expense.
Once we receive your return we aim to process refunds within 7 working days. During our busier months (September to December) it can take up to 14 days. We'll always let you know once it's been processed.
Get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help. Most of our products carry at least a one-year warranty, and many are covered for up to five years. Depending on the situation we'll either arrange a replacement or work through the options with you.
Yes, we do. We work with electricians, contractors, interior designers, and developers regularly. Trade customers get access to better pricing across the range.

Some are, some aren't. Each product page shows a dimmable badge in the specs if it supports dimming. If you're unsure, give us a call and we can advise which dimmer switches work best too.
IP rating tells you how well a fitting is protected against moisture and dust. IP44 is the minimum for bathrooms. IP65 and above is suitable for outdoors or wet areas. If you're not sure what you need for a specific room, we're happy to help.
At least one year on everything, and many products come with two to five years. The warranty period is listed on each product page. If you can't find it, just ask us.
